Data analytics for manufacturing
Ask your factory
Qualecta reads data from your machines, meters, MES, ERP and Excel sheets. Type a question in plain language, say why line 3 stopped yesterday, and a few seconds later you have the number and can see where it came from.
Runs in the EU cloud or on a server at your plant.
Examples
Each department asks about its own work
The production manager wants to know about yesterday's stop, the energy manager about the night shift's power bill. The answers come from the systems already running in your plant.
-
1/4
Production manager
Why was line 3 down yesterday?
Decision The Z2 sealer sensor gets replaced at the next planned stop.
-
2/4
Energy manager
What does the night shift cost us in power?
Decision Compressor S2 switched off after 10 pm.
-
3/4
Planning
How many days of PP granulate do we have?
Decision The extra order goes out by Thursday.
-
4/4
Quality
Where does the scrap on press 2 come from?
Decision Cavity 4 goes for repair and the mould keeps running on the others.
The figures in these examples come from demo data.
Dashboards and automations
A dashboard on the office screen and reports by email
You describe a dashboard in the chat, and then it runs full screen, for example on the TV in the production office.
Automations check the data on a schedule and email a warning or a report with a chart and an Excel sheet.
How it works
We connect to the systems you already run
We take data from SCADA and historians, MES, ERP, energy meters and Excel sheets. We only read it, so nothing is written to the PLCs and the line runs as usual.
Qualecta runs in the EU cloud, or entirely on a server at your plant if your security policy requires it. A new source takes about two weeks to connect.
You ask in a browser chat, in Excel or on a tablet next to the line. Every answer shows which data and which period it came from, so in the morning meeting everyone can see where the number comes from. When something drifts from normal, you get an alert.

Your factory has something to tell you

Who is behind Qualecta
Karol Sobczak founded Qualecta together with Piotr Sobczak and Krzysztof Sierpiński. Before that, Karol co-founded Starburst. Piotr was a product manager at mBank group and Crédit Agricole, and Krzysztof did data analytics and automation at Bonduelle and Adecco.

Pilot
Start with one line and one report
Pick the report someone in your plant spends hours on every week. If you are not sure which one, take the weekly downtime report for one line. Almost every plant makes one, so it is easy to compare our numbers with yours.
-
Start
Connecting the data
We connect the sources behind the chosen report. On your side: access to the data and two or three meetings.
-
After 2 weeks
First answers
Two weeks after the data is connected you are asking about your own plant. We put the answers next to the report you make today.
-
End of the pilot
Decision
You decide whether we go further. The pilot does not commit you to another contract.
Questions
Before you book a call
Do we have to install anything on the lines?
Nothing on the lines. We connect to SCADA through a secure remote access gateway that we install in the plant network. We only read the data, so automation and setpoints stay as they are.
Where will our data be?
Wherever you decide: in the EU cloud or on a server at your plant. Data is encrypted and personal data is anonymised. The system goes through regular audits and penetration tests.
How do I know the number is right?
Every answer shows which data and which period it came from, so you can check it at the source. In the pilot we compare our numbers with your current report.
Who do you need from our side?
Someone who can grant data access, usually from IT or automation, and the person who knows the report you want to replace. Two or three meetings are enough.
When is Qualecta of no use?
When the machines record no data at all. Then meters or sensors come first, and on the call we will tell you where to start. It is also a waste of your time if the report builds itself and nobody waits for the numbers. And we do not sell MES or ERP systems, because we work on the data from the systems your plant already has.
What does it cost?
The pilot costs from PLN 3,000 net per month for one line and one report. We quote the rollout individually after the pilot, once we know how many sources and lines to connect.
